VEHICLES:

Our vehicls are divided in different groups of renting. In reference to this groups reservations can be confirmed. For individual equipment details there is no promise possible.



 MOTOR VEHICLE - LIABILITY - INSURANCE:

Every avis-vehicle certified in Greece is liability-insured as followed: " 50€ million per accident per person -, properties and financial damages. Accidents with personal injuries are insured at the most of 8€ million per person.

BASE PRICE / PRICE FOR RENTING:

The computation is the result of elapsed time, in each case the started period of time, and - in exceptional cases - additionally the driven kilometers. For each full or started 24-hour-period we calculate one full renting day since the the first day of renting. The costs of oil consumption, maintenance, wear repairs and the liability insurance are contained in the base price. The base prices vary because of the different vehicle groups and market situation. The leasing of car radios have to been payed separately, 1,20€ per renting day, maximally 24€. The respective rent is based on the base price and permission fee. PETROL COSTS:

The Petrol Costs have to been payed by the tenant. We offer you our tank up service to the actually available prices of our station conditions



PAYMENT:

We need a pre-payment of 20% of the estimated renting costs and additional expenseses.


MINIMUM AGE:

Every tenant and each driver of a renting vehicle have to been 21 years old. For drivers under 25 years an extra charge can be comput.


DRIVERS LICENCE:

A driving licence of the prvious class 3 or a comparable European licence of the same class is necessary. It have to be at least one year old. A foreign driving licence is acceptable, if the original is written in latein letters or if the owner have a certified copy in latein letters. An international driving licence will only be accepted in combination with a national dokumet on which it is based on.



OTHER DRIVERS:

With agreement of the tenant the vehicle may also been led by other drivers : members of the family or by other drivers registered in the retal contract. In every case, in which the vehicle is driven from one or more persons except of the tenant of, we raise a handling charge about 15,00 €, (max. 105,00 € ) per day.

SUPPLEMENTARY EQUIPMENT:

If you reserve in time we place luggage carriers, child seats, tire chains etc. to your disposal. Please ask us for detailed informations of the fees .



RESERVATION / CANCELATION :

In the case of a cancelation 20% of the renting price have to been payed at once.



RETURN OF THE CAR:

You can give back the car at ususual opening times in our stations or we can make an agrement to return the car on another time or another place (e.g. hotel) . If you do not comlply this period of time the contract extent until you return the car to avis.

ONE WAY LEASING:

In dependanc of the typ of the vehicle you are able to arrange a return at any avis-station in Greece. Please ask us for the conditions



LIABILITY / REDUCING OF LIABILITY

For a damage or the loss of the renting vehicle you are responsible up to the height of the replacement value plus a service charge of 26, - € as well as if necessary further extra charges. The self participation per case is reduced as follows:

Typ A, B und C: 150,- €
Typ D, E und F: 240,- €

The fees for this are still in the offer prices.



TENANTS UNDER 25 YEARS:

For persons under 25 year we count a risk premium of 11,60 € per day, maximal calculation for 10 days.



IRREGUALITY / CRIMES:

According to the leasing conditions the tenmant is fuuly responsible of his actions it`s consequences. He have to pay all the accured charges and costs.
In such cases we raise a handling charge about 11,60 €.



EXTENDED PASSENGER INSURANCE:

If the trenmant would like to have another insurance avis will arrange a policy at the AIG Europe or another insurance company - which insure two possible variants - which insure the following risks

dead, diability, rescue, damage at your luggage, in saome cases costs of travel- and accommodation, loss ofe the keys

You are able to choose the sinple insurrance („PAI“) which costs 6 € per day or the extended insurance which costs 9 € per day.

The rental conditions are a legally binding component of the contract.
Variants at the individual avis stations are possible.
